All work remains property of Great1Scott Marketing until paid in full. Final deliverables are transferred upon payment. We may display work in our portfolio.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide timely content, approvals, and accurate information to avoid project delays.
6. Revisions
Revisions are limited unless otherwise stated. Additional changes may incur fees.
7. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee specific marketing results, rankings, or revenue outcomes.
8. Third-Party Platforms
We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, or hosting providers.
9. Termination
Services may be terminated by either party. Clients are responsible for completed and in-progress work.
10. Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or third-party failures.
